how do you order your jewels?

easy. on designs from my seasonal collections just add the items to your shopping cart.

for custom designs, do the following:

1. use our starting points to help establish your budget. (earrings start around $50, bracelets $80, necklaces $100.) REMEMBER that all pieces of a girl jewels are made by hand here at my studio, and are designed with precious and semi-precious stones, pearls, and sterling unless we specify otherwise. for more pricing and ideas, visit designs.

2. on custom designs ask yourself these initial questions:

• how do i want the jewelry to feel?
• what is the desired look or style?
• how would i describe the person who will wear this fabulous design? (could be you, could be the person you're shopping for.)

3. now send an e-mail to me. i read your request and respond to you with further questions and next steps.

* during major shopping holidays you should allow two weeks for delivery from the time you placed your order. (for example, valentine's day, mother's day, hanukkah and christmas.) otherwise, we work as quickly as possible to get your jewelry to you.

wholesale orders should be sent by e-mail or fax to 866.610.6685. store contact information and credit references must be included the with the first order.

pieces of a girl accepts PAYPAL, visa and mastercard and ships USPS priority mail with delivery confirmation. (that means you can track your package!) shipping is calculated during checkout. transit time is typically 2-3 days. USPS tracking info: 1-800-222-1811, www.usps.com. massachusetts residents must include five percent sales tax.

your pieces of a girl jewelry is designed exclusively for you. for that reason, normal returns and refunds are not possible. however, we stand behind our jewelry and our clients, and want you to be completely pleased by your purchase from and experience with pieces of a girl. please contact us if you have questions about the care of your jewelry, or if serious repairs are needed. we respond to e-mail as quickly as possible, and take your questions and comments very seriously. if we agree to take your jewelry back for repair, please be sure to include the return authorization number we give you.

your privacy is important to us. any personal information we collect in the course of doing business with you (your name, mailing address, et cetera) will be used only for the purposes of completing your order. we never disclose any personally identifying information, including your email address, to others for marketing or advertising purposes.
